Chocolate biscuit fudge

I made these for a cake sale at the school recently. Not too toot my horn, but they sold out in record time. The only thing that sold faster was tickets to the chocolate fountain!

Chocolate fudge with biscuits

The perfect easy (and popular) cake sale item

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g butter
  • ΒΌ cup cocoa
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 250 g Marie biscuits crushed

Topping

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter

Instructions
 

  • Grease and line a 23x23cm cake tin.
  • In a medium pot, melt the butter, cocoa and condensed milk, Stir continuously and bring to the boil. Boil on a medium heat for about 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Remove from the heat and add the crushed biscuits. Spread into the prepared tin and set aside to cool.

For the topping

  • Melt the chocolate and add the butter. Spread the topping over the biscuit mixture and cool completely before slicing into 16 squares chunky squares or 25 minis
